You also need the following software programs; if required, these can be downloaded free of charge from the Internet and installed on your computer:

- Adobe Acrobat Reader
- SVG Viewer
To use documents with erWin Online, it is important that you use the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader specified above. Without this programme, PDF documents cannot be opened via the "Search" menu option.
